Register dont work

Helloa all my friend (The|Checker) want to register here, he register with 1 email but it dont work so he test all his emails but it dont work... one from ps3 (Heinrich) want this too but by him it dont work too... so I tried it with undercover_007@wolke7.net but it dont work I dont become a email... by my torte axxout the email came after few seconds.

Can anyone please fix it
