Plz help me with my signature. it really drives me nuts

Plz help me with my signature.. i had one made on internet loaded in photografix and put url between [img]url[/img] it worked all fine.

Now i made new one in paint loaded in photografix and [img]url[/img] and it wont work.. plz Help!!
