Problems with my bindings

Since this day, 4.30 pm, all my game settings and binds r damaged .. dont know why .. game settings r fixed, but my custom binds .. :\
Can anyone tell me what i did wrong .. ?

First lose the "" things
Like this bind KP_5 vsay cheer ^1Y^7eah ^1B^7aby^1!
Second ur name bind is wrong.
I have it like this
bind o name ^1S^7iege^1M^7ode "echo ^1S^7iege^1M^7ode"
bind i name ^lS^gi^le^gg^le^gM^lo^gd^le "echo ^lS^gi^le^gg^le^gM^lo^gd^le"

Weaponbanks are other thing..i dont even know how to explain.
Vsay binds are other thing
As u see
Bing KEY vsay cheer bla bla
The red part is different because vsay and cheer.
The "" are needed for like moving,weaponbanks and so on in ur CFG
but not Vsay and say or vsay_team
Scripts mostly use "" to.

humm .. maybe the settings have to be in the etconfig?!
ill put it into an extra cfg in the same folder ..
or maybe isnt /vid_restart enough, do i have to make a whole restart?

do you even to /exec CFG NAME in the console ?
And CFG has to be in ETmain folder

ive got the normal etconfig in the folder and the "bindings" cfg in there.
also in the folders of the mods .. wtf is wrong? -.-

ive bindet a random vsay command ingame .. in the console :\ result in config: with "" !!

bind p "vsay cheer lolilol"

maybe the fault is, how i wrote the config ..
im working with notepad ++
and after each bind i pressed enter ..
maybe this was a fault?

I dont know but how i showed works for me..
I puted it to ETmain folder
Then joined game
opened console
and wrote /exec owned
and worked for me..... as i told u
