Need help with CSS

Heey i made a vote popup that appears on main page and forum. The only thing is that i cant figure out how to put in a timer in that will remind you in 10 minutes if you press 'later'.

Can someone tell me what to add to this script? I cant copy, paste the script here because it will not let me post it.
