How can i install nq 1.2.3 mod with omni-bots to server?

Hello everyone
i was doing it for a whole day how can i put nq 1.2.3 ver and omni bots to server (works with hamachi) ? i was looking for it on the internet but those arent the answers to my questions
Can someone please make 4 me and perhaps for others a very very good tutorial please ?? thank you or just post to my email

And i have one question

if i have the nq mod i can do the commands like !help !admintest and more u know or it needs another patch?

You should be able to find all the info you need at the official NQ Wiki

i understand that but can u explain to me plz where do i have to write this "set fs_game noquarter" ??? it didnt write that down thx btw

But i dont get it i copied this
"Be sure to edit your startup script to point Enemy Territory at noquarter. Use "+set fs_game noquarter" can someone explain me where to put +set fs_game noquarter please?????? thx what is startup script???? where can i find it?

Save this config in the noquarter directory as preferably "noquarter.cfg". In your main server.cfg, add the line "exec noquarter.cfg" or whatever you named the noquarter config file. i dont understand even these lol
