His ISP probably would not even look at those logs...

ISP's dont care at all if one of their customers cheated/misbehaved
at some first person shooter at some (unknown for a large part of the world) game server.

They will only look into abuse reports if its about large threats such as
mass mailing/spamming, DDOS attacks, virus spreads, etc.

btw. He can keep coming back because he has a dynamic ip and probably
just reinstalls his et version (> getting a new guid).

The thing I want to point out;
Don't put too much energy in it, cause I think they will not do anything
about it but perhaps i'm wrong :wink:
