Plz Unban!

Hi, i got banned cause of SK, and the first time i got disoriented, sorry for that SK BUT! The second time, when i got banned, i just killed a Soldier with a Mortar. My Question: I am not allowed to kill a morter, which had a killingspree over 10, inside the spawn? So i can sit in spawn and kill all people but if someone kills me he get banned?
Sorry if you cannot understand everything, normaly i am not bad in english but i usually dont talk about killing people xD

1. you're not on the banlist, so you were probably kicked for SK. try to reconnect.
2. SK is forbidden, in ANY case (except on flagspawns).
but you're right:
3. mortaring from spawn is also forbidden.
nevertheless:
4. the right thing to do when such a situation arises: tell an admin that there is a mortar in spawn and the admin will remove the mortar. SK on permanent spawns however, is always forbidden, no matter what.

yes, mortaring from spawn is obviously unfair, because taking out the mortar would be an SK. it seems pretty logical to me. we shall specify this more clearly in the rulebook.
in any case, the best thing to do is to just stay away from the enemy spawn. then you can't go wrong.
for example:
the closest i ever came to spawnkilling was when i played the marrakesh map for the first time and i didnt know the location of the allied spawn. i shot mr. unknown's helmet off and then realized that this must be his spawn and ran away from it. mr. unknown chased me and we had a 1vs1 (which i won

xD ). unknown then warned me (my first and only warn ever) and i felt like a criminal after that. since then i don't go near the enemy spawns anymore (apart from stomping the exit of course ). it's all about resisting the temptation.
