Ban for sk

I was banned for spawnkilling and i 'm sorry. But is a one problem.I kill one person ok but i don't have a warning.The refree are not fair and if any ps sk(yes yes they are)or friend of ps sk nobody say anything but if anyone like me sk at once is BAN.Referee are too rigor for normal players.This is my opinion and thank you for reading.In game my nick i s lolek (black color).Good night and see you soon

lolek, i dont usually ban someone for an sk. but your sk ban has been long overdue. you're a known spawnkiller, and you have been warned AND kicked for SK more than once. many ps members have complained about it to me, and as a result, all ps1 admins know about your tendency to SK. so we decided that you get a ban when you do it next.

about fair. i think sk isn't fair and i've watched you kill afk people in their spawn more than once. and besides, you know the rules very well, that's why i don't understand why you try to sk in the hope that nobody sees it, when you very well know that it's forbidden.

i will lift your ban tomorrow. but you have to resist the temptation to kill people in their spawn. the next ban won't be lifted so easily.

EDIT:

about PS members spawnkilling: i assure you that the high admins treat PS members in the same way when they SK (warn/kick/ban) and admins have banned spawnkilling PS members in the past. furthermore there are some PS members who have a known tendency to SK like you do and they have been warned. and if they do it again they will also receive a ban.

of course the admins can't see everything all the time, and i'm sure we missed some of your SK's in the past. but we try to do our best to remain objective and assure a fair game.

Eee, if somone is spawnkilling, who cares from which side he is shootin?

I mean: normally in game, i very often shoots to enemies in their backs, and most of "pro guys" shoutin: Bakcrape! It always makes me laugh, unless becoming it annoying.

just don't spawnkill :!:

90% of the players are able to play without ever intentionally spawnkilling anybody, so for a skilled player like yourself this shouldn't really be a problem
