Can ban's owner tell me if it is a permanent ban, or if it isn't, how long it will be?

[ur story] My version is, "I did 2 <<firing for effect>> at 2 places in few seconds, and fire with my weapon in a zone within this air attacks. One of this places was near (not in) axis respawn. Those was my first air attacks in the game. For this 'combo', I did a <<multikill>>; but just one axis player died near respawn zone, and it was not my intention to do SK. It was my fault to do one of this 2 multiple air attacks too near. Also, is not my fault that so much other players died near the tankguns, it's my dutty as player."

Ok , i thought that the situation was damn clear (after our long topic in unban request), u was baned for sk and i m not agree with ur version, i was killed with ur 2 arty, one in spawn and one when i came out the spawn so don t talk about duty, its was a spawn killing on purpose (it was in oasis and all know that they can t use arty in or near axis spawn cuz there is only one exit). In the other hand, u connected again when u was still baned (i ve already talked about it in my posts so no need to explain again), we call this a ban evading, u never say any excuse for ur sk and talked about admins abuse, admins lies, bla bla bla ...., in the other hand u was already baned in ps1 by Deadhunter and in ps2 too, then your ban is a perm one.

I'm sorry, but I don't agree with you.

I said sorry (more than one time) for SK. I did, and I can do it again if is necessary to say it 2, 3 or more times. I spoked about lies. Those are also in posts and are clear and quoted. I'm not talking about you, but there are other admins that posted lies on threads opened by myself.

Anyway, as I said, I don't agree with perm ban cause I explained it before: there are dark facts from me, and I recognized. But there are dark facts on admin posts (not yours) and prejudices (you), and no flexibility to talk about that. So, I can't do more for it if you don't want to excuse me.

As extension, you talked about "ban evasion" so hard. Well, I entered as "OMEGA.returns"... as I said, it was evident who was: me. So, I think that this "evasion" isn't it. It have more sense if you think about it just as a joke. Anyway, I read again RuleBook section and FAQ section and I don't found the concept "ban evasion" and the consecuences.
Do you think that I did this supposed "ban evasion" with this nick if I knew the consecuences? So, this is the reason of this post.

That's what you think. Thinking something is subjective.

RuleBook exists and was writed to unify thinks and concepts, and any player or admin use this as reference.

If a player gets banned from a server, this means that he isn't allowed to enter THAT server again, in any way, unless an admin lifts his ban. No need to 'write that down' in our rulebook cause its just common sense.

Things ve gotten a little bit out of hand.. maybe some clutching characters.. overheated discussions, flames. That sux, probably influenced opinions a bit.

I think accusing eachother of lying is silly. Misunderstandings/misinterpretations/miscommunication at both sides (lots of misses here see? (no not beautiful women)) are more likely to be the case. IMO lying is more like: my dog spawnkilled, it wasnt me.. (or some other silly things.. different stories all the time.. bullshitting n stuff..).

Neways.. those misses might ve been cause of the lack of proper english. Just really unlucky.


Neways, to conclude the case:
- renfire spawnkilled once or twice (by accident maybe.. maybe not), got banned for it
- renfire thought it was injust and banevaded (silly thing to do)
- some discussion with wrong terms that heated up the discussion got this case to escalate even more

My opinion:
you all are just being too trippy and taking stuff personal, stop that. I think that an unban wouldnt be wrong in a while. (at least at eastercleaning..)

cause bow and dh, you both arent spotless either, i wont go into this in public (yayaya, im not spotless either, i know)

so eh..

for me the matter is closed, renfire will get unbanned in a while and ALL of you will chill down next time you re in a discussion
