hey i got a problem

when i go to play ps#3 i can play most of the maps but i cant play the vortex map it just keeps saying error any one know what i can do? its not a big problem because i can wait till the map is over but i do like the map!!

which kind of error? maybe u can do a screenshot from the error message and post it?

Probably Cortex_who ("the small soldiers big house map").

Problem is that that map is well known to give problems with noquarter,
same as with fuel dump, however the no quarter developers claim that most hunkmegs problems should be over with 1.1.0.

What you need to do (if you havent done it already):

Start up ET > Bring down the console > enter; /com_hunkmegs 128
Close down ET > Connect to PS3 (or another server) again.

This should do the trick.

i got problem on that cortex map

"Bad_surfaceType"

i tried out the hunkmegs 128 like warren wrote

restart

again connect on #3 but same error again

what else could it be ?

Np mate...i dont understand German..normally if u just type your error into google or another search engine it comes up with a solution on how to fix it

yep its always in google!

my dad red played ET and got mad when someone killed him...he pulled the "W" button of my keyboard, so i typed in "fallen off latoptop key" and it came up with how to fix it

!!!

Try using your old profile again, its probably fixed now

but the error doesnt occur now?, then it was just a case of rebooting youre pc probally and now you can play again?, then you probally wont have the error soon and if you got just post it and the geniuses of ps will help:;) ( not including me i am dumb )
