did you install quakewars? it looks like the new pb which comes with qw is conflicting with your ET pb, i had the same problem.

go into your task manager, select the processes tab and end all PnkBstr.exe processes. there are probably two of them, PnkBstrA and PnkBstrB. hope this helps.

try that:
go on start then on run enter services.msc then press enter and look for an service with the name:
PnkBstrA

if it exist then check if the service start automatically if yes then check if its started if it isnt started then right click on the name and choose start!
then it should work!

PnkBstrA works same as most VIRUSES, but you can see it as well in your Task Manager. stealing your resorses BUAHAHAHHAHA

Ok its not a virus but i dislike the fact it scan my porn every time i turn on pc :wth:
