Banned for basically no reason [sk]

Just a while ago, i plyed on cathedral

I got in the fight and accidentally popped in the allied spawn point (didn't know about it, forgot it...)
I didn't shoot nor kill anybody, but still got kicked/banned for SK


Oh please, that's just funny... kicking for a frickin 3 second presence on enemy spawn point EXACTLY at spawn moment? That seems wrong...

running / being in a spawn is actually not wrong except you killed people.

Further you have to distinguish between a normal Spawn and a spawn with a capturable flag.

Maybe it was all a mistake.

Please add the date an the admin who banned you to your unban request!

Urk, basically it wan't a ban, more of a warning kick

Just to say that you should !warn first, THEN kick... and after the kick ban

I know it may be hard, but getting kicked for running in a wrong room BY ACCIDENT is just plain wrong...

mh ye i get ur point but yea there is no guideline like first warn, then kick, then ban.

and on some situations if just a lot of rulebreakers are around it's like, next SK = KICK. cuz it's almost useless to warn 10-15 guys for spawnkill if u know what i mean. maybe u was the one who did it as accident but anyway, u was able to reconnect, it was just a kick for now. but have a look at our rulebook to be sure to play on the saved side
