Although I dont understand you at all, I gotta tell you that you were/are a rulebreaker (sk, cheat, ban evader etc) and that you dont have a chance to be unbanned.
I dont think that you are welcome at PS anymore.

If you dont stop opening new unban requests, your chances will be good to be banned from the forum as well.

I dind't understand a thing from what u said, only a little couple things.
U are banned on oure server, and u have a pb ban.
Get over it and move on.
Think u might get a forum ban now aswell.
