Yeah i noticed that, they seem to get stuck in areas, as soon as you shoot them they give little moment, but thats it.

EDIT:

Just played, and your right, now they don't move at all

some times u just can kill them and the dont do a thing
i had 200 kills in a row cuz they didnt do anything
