Is PS1 currently lagging?

i sometimes have a little lag. But in many cases it is my own fauld because im dowloading much.

I've some lags ( but less than 1 ot 2 weeks ago ) those happens for me when there are more than 25 - 30 players on the servers.
Yes those lags affects the gameplay for me

I notice by the way that there are less lags than some days ....

less lags? nice to hear

i moved some servers to a "non PS server running on" root ...

maybe when you enter some commands like

/rate 25000
/cl_timenudge 50

in console, it can help ... i got there a ping of 30!

i think the lags happen at 3.30 - 5.30 oÃ‚Â´clock, dont they?

i think you mean a timenudge of -50 :wink:

but i wouldnt suggest that.

I would take a lower nmbr like -20 or -25, and it wont work
for every connection.

Better is to play with you rate and maxpackets (even your maxfps);
I achieved good results matching my maxpackets with my maxfps

/cl_maxpackets 76 > /com_maxfps 76 or use 125 (my videocard isnt that good

)

to be sirious ... i didnt start yet to solve it

i sold some servers to other gamerz and their payment is still active for 1 week, than i can cancel ... than the lag should finaly disapear, but nice to hear its now better

gimme some time and the lag will be vanished into thin air

you can and will get a lag free PS1 ... just bought a new root to move some servers there ... all should be finished in 1 week

the lag is only in the map goldrush when whe are with 32 people

now i moved 2 big servers to a new root

PS1 should stop now with lagging ...

btw: when only goldrush lags, make it off

hehe, 85.25.138.83 now has a better icmp reply time then google.de, about 20 ms with my connection here. What will it be if i am at home...

There are often lagzz but with 30 players and more.... But it would be great play without lagzz and with high ping . :roll:

I have the last week so many lag that i cant play lol my ping is still 0 and i have very very lAg only in ps1 i dont know why .. maybe to many servous on 1 control panel? Dunno but in ps2 3 4 5 no lags. somes times connection interrupped.

hm lag with 0 ping? no not realy only had it today because my Xfire crashed and the PB though this was a reason to kick me for 2 min.
