have you tried to connect again, goth?

I had the same problem after my 4 month break. I still tried it again a few times and after a while it worked.

Yo Goth,

For starters; did you install the 2.60 patch and the 2.60b patch?

PB enabled? Quick check go to > play online > it should say 'disable punkbuster' in the bottom right corner.

PB updated with the pbweb.exe file?

pb updated an patch 2.60 okay but i think i didnt instal 2.60b correctly :p

tomorow i uninstal all ETfiles and delete patches
than reinstall all
because i did do the 2.60b

i tryed it, still doesnt work. its something with my punkbuster :s because i have also this prob with COD2. me and bor3wicz think we found the problem. there is something wrong with the map'pbcl.dll' if we delete this file i can press 'enable pb' as much as i want, it doesnt respond. bore gave me link of pbsetup. so i deleted whole pb and did the setup. still doesnt work still same problem. if someone thinks he can help me, respond please :(

edit: lol just saw i never told you my prob. if i go to ps-server i have to enable pb, so i enable it and click 'yes' at the moment i click 'yes' ET closes and i have error.

this is the error and found something else:

xfire has found an error: c:/program files/wolfenstein-enemy territory/ET.exe



so i think the prob is in that file and think it has something to do with patch 2.60b because when i unzip that map i see an map ET and an other map ETDED. so when i install ET i already have those maps, when i want to kopie these maps of paych 2.60b it ask to overwrite the other maps wich i have from installing ET.

i hope you guys understand my english.

k still same prob. i downloaded youre file and saved it over the old pbcl.dll
it worked for a minute (new world recod :p) and then error

I had similar problem goth, but i first installed the game, then patch 2.60a, and runed ET, enabled PB, Closed ET and than unziped patch 2.60b on to disk, copyed ET.exe and ETED and paste it into my ENEMY TERITORY folder..comp will ask you if u will replace the files, click yes and that's it..connect to server (if the game will work) and then update..or first update and then try to run the game..i hope some of this will help you..

i can enable pb when i havent installed any patch :swhen i install patch 2.60 i have the prob

edit1: oops sry had to use edit :p
edit2: dudes it works :p dunno why, i clicked with my right mouse button on the ET file and changed comptability with windows 2000 now all works :p now i go make my profile and controls :p thx for you all.
