it makes a screenshot from everyplayer. its like youself do a screeny and send it too the server. if someone uses wallhack and stuff it could be seen (see the picture above)

a pb screenie shows us exactly the same view which every player got ...
on this pb screenie you can see a player who sees 2 allied soldiers behind a wall, so he got wallhack ...

they are saved on server and only i can see them

They are stored in the pb folder at the server.
The server owner (or anyone with access to the server) can just view/download/open those images.
