Nemesis could U change ps2 admin rights that lower lvls can get gib option. Its hard when U playing at morning and theres much sk. And lower level admins cant do nothing. If they poison the skers someone revives them.

Just 'Help' is a bit too general

Only thing to add;
Dont forget to record a demo, the server owner/admin can always decide to punish a SK'er afterwards.

Then do:
"!splat slot HP"
or
"!burn slot HP"

Best for SC and SK is command !disorient (lot of fun with it)

Im currently lvl 16 and i have no gib but its enought (not always) to have !kick !ban !slap !burn and !poison or !disorient

Last time i tested !disorient at skers <> it works, so for admins with not hight lvls, try this :-)
