Biafra flame @ capturable in oasis

As usually, when there is no admin around in a full servers there always happens some rulebreak that otherwise wouldnt happen.

Made a little record of Biafra who flamed the capturable flag in Oasis, even after respawn of enemys he didnt stop it.

Like always... No admin on server and people start break rule. Not funny :/

Biafra is a PS former member so he has to know rules. He will take a little break to read again all our rules.
