!rulebook italiano

Hi! 
I checked from command console that the rulebook is available in many languages, but there isn't in Italian.
All days there are new italian player on PS servers,so I translated English Rulebook in Italian Rulebook.
So administrators can examine it and maybe put it in the menu "!Languages" from main menu (!help).
I hope you like this initiative.

^7Rispetta tutti, sia gli amministratori che i giocatori
^7Divertiti ^3:D

U talked only about SK, and not about SC,
SC=Deliberately hanging around (also known as Camping) Enemy spawn and/or your own spawn is NOT allowed and is considered Spawncamping (SC).
SC=Girare deliberatamente attorno(conosciuto come camping) alla base nemica/o alla tua base non è consentito

Instead of 'casse' i think it's better put 'pacchi/pacchetti'

Nice job Paco!! I've already done something like this for PS 3 in the past but never saw it on the server, I hope now we'll see an italian rulebook!!
