Was just banned on PS 1, got the message NO SK, didn't say who it was. I suspect it was Betinho as he mentioned earlier I made a spawnkill, which wasn't a spawnkill at all.
Server was on Venice, first stage of the map, I was axis and allied mortar would sit in the back of the field to the right of allies spawn (from axis viewpoint) and past the wall so you could see him without having to turn the corner. I killed the mortar and turned back, I could not even see the spawn at this point, yet was banned for a week for a supposed spawnkill. Earlier in the map Betinho was standing at the end of that long hallway and I killed him just standing on the other end, axis end of that hallway. He called that a spawnkill, combined with this ridiculous ban I received I kindly request you to unban me and to reconsider how fit who ever banned me is to actually have that ability.

he's new member so doesn't have the ability. (I think)

If im not wrong then you just had a ban for sk.
This time you made 2 sk's, 1st time as you mentioned you killed betinho after that we warned you, but after that (few min later)you killed THE END in allies spawn. And then you received a ban for 7days.

I killed Betinho but how is that possibly a spawnkill, I was standing in that hallway, so was Betinho. I can't see the allies spawning from there. Besides there's tons of people shooting in that corridor, are they receiving warnings? Clearly not a spawnkill. As there were a lot of people specing they should/could have seen that kill on Betinho was not even close to a spawnkill.
The End was the guy mortaring from the spot I described, outside their spawn. I was shooting at him, I had to reload so he picked up his mortar and fled into his own spawn, I turned the corner and shot him then immediately moved away, he was in his spawn then yes, but he ran there just to hide. I wasn't sitting outside spawn praying on new spawn or anything, this was someone that was outside of spawn shooting at other people that just ran back there.
It was about I guess 2-3 minutes after that I got banned, just after killing someone that wasn't in his spawn and me not even seeing their spawn.
I find this very frustrating and unjustified, there's tons of people spawncamping with mortars and artillery. Most admins seem to be very arbitrary with the outside is out (as in it's not a spawnkill anymore) rule. Some other people secure objectives, checkpoints with trickjumps and get away with a slap on the wrist. I kill one guy (a lame mortar at that) that ran back into his spawn and get a week ban.
I have always behaved very nicely on the server and try to get some teamplay going, but I am obviously getting very poor treatment from a group of people here. If this ban is not lifted I lose what ever respect I have for those who are suppose to regulate the PS1 server.

That was you 2nd ban for spawnkilling. What you think, you just get warns, kick's and 1 day bans only? In fact, spawncamping does not give you any reason to make spawnkill. Just pm to admin that this guy is spawncamping and we take care of it.

The first ban was for a spawnkill on rabenhorst. I was up in the tower and killed one guy that was half in half out of spawn, without warning I got a 3 day ban then, I didn't bother asking for unban then as that was a spawnkill (although without warning). This time I received a warning for something completely ridiculous (definitely not a spawnkill). Then I was banned for what is described in the previous posts.
Now compare this to other people on the server and then try convincing yourself I'm getting a fair treatment. Some of you guys are really a joke and to be honest are quite pathetic. Consider this my last post here.

If you are surprised by the ban on rabenhorst then you're just weird.
There has been big arguements and massive warnings by admins because there was much SK going on at allied first spawn.
I think u play long enough on PS 1 (100000 XP) that you know a ban or kick can happen by just one mistake if there are other players before u.
I'm not saying u are an massive rulebreaker or an bad player it's just the truth.
As for the fact that you run into allied spawn and kill THE END that's just not right. if someone want's to hide inside there spawn to reload or to be healed it's not forbidden and it's no reasen to make SK.
I hope u won't leave PS 1 because of your own mistake. don't blame the Admins they're just doing their job.

what can i say? just repeat again what you did:
You kill me in my spawn, you tell me i was spawn camping, and i was putting AFK for 1 reason, the mortar killed 2 allies in spawn and i watched this. But you saw me in spawn (i never shot you, you know that) and then you kill me, that is the truth.
About the 2nd sk not only me saw you kill 1 more allies in spawn, garfield saw you too, and no matter the reason...you killed 2 allies in spawn area (AFK or sc with mortar). I think this guy maybe was sc with mortar, but this is no reason for be spawn killer. Call to admin but never kill players in spawn area.
In my opinion you are a excelent player, i defend you when some players call you cheater (you are not a cheater) and i never saw you before break the rules.
I dont know your history, if you had bans before this....but you did sk, and you know that; for my side nothing more for add.
