hmmm weird ....im no find u nick : gummi_bear in banlist

meybe its accident ? ...try connect again ..... and report if u still banned

don't worry it's a bug...I had the same some days ago after reinstalling ET...update your PB, make sure you have the needed patches (2.60b) and try reconnecting, should be solved.
