Youre unban reqeust an time ago and you got unbanned then probally because youre brother is an regular on PS#2.

annoying guy, we don't need such ppl on the servers. u was banned in the past already and was joking me all the time and try to provoce me. i don't see any reason why i should unban u. ban stays.
