reason:I Say You Hacker and admin on Mad[TDA] kicked me and i reconnect to server and temporarily banned how hourd,days,seconds,minutes im banned

No, you are not banned. You was just kicked(2min ban) by Icy and I think reason was something about calling peple hacker in mainchat.
If you try again, you can connect to PS#1.
But dont call people hacker in main chat. If you really see some hacker at server, tell it to some admin in PM (/m (nick) message). Calling people hacker in mainchat is NOT allowed... I think so...
And I'm quite sure that mad[tda] isn't hacker, so that shot was just luck
