Banned for "sk"

Well, i got banned for "sk" 5 mins ago.
Let me explain what happened:
I was an Allied at Goldrush and i tried to pass the Axis' spawn. Unfortunately were there 2 inactive Players. When i came around the corner i shot on reflex on one of them. (i didn't kill him). When this Player started to move i left the spawn the way i came in. He followed me and i killed him near the exit. It was -|PS|-!soul@DT. Some seconds later i got banned with following reason:
You have been banned from the server (Reason: sk, you were warned. Byebye)
Well, i just connected 5 mins earlyer and i am very sure that i havent been warned for sk before, because i haven't neared to the axis spawn before.
I dont know if it was -|PS|-!soul@DT who banned me or -|PS|-Byrht, who was also on the server.
For this reason i politely ask you to unban me.

im very very sorry to reply in this topic

but i'd like to say, that when someone warns someone for sk, and he says next one will be banned, you are warned too

if u did see the warn ,the ban is justified.
if u didn't i think no harm done, bec u didn't kill in spawn.
but u where spawn passing and shooting inside spawn.

Well maybe you're an unlucky guy... The situation was that i was semi-AFK in axis spawn sending pm to a player. And i've been sk'ed twice. So i made this little warn in the main chat : "Next sk will result in a ban". So I deliberately stay AFK in spawn waiting for some sk'ers. Sneaky isn't it ?

You prolly weren't the guy who sk'ed me (us??!!) before the global warn cause as far as i remember i was some guy called J@@cob (or smth like this).

Anyway, you seems to be a sincere guy and as it is your first misstep here, I'll unban you right now. But keep in mind that above all we do NOT tolerate sk. Hard rule but rules are rules hey !

thanks a lot,
I watched in my console again and saw that the global warning happened when i was already on the way trough the spawn, so i couldn't read it - very unlucky xP
I have 1 question left: Is Spawnbleeding forbidden, too? Cause in my eyes i just bleeded you in spawn and when i noticed that i was in spawn i stopped shooting

it's only a question, no criticism of you.

spawnbleeding is NOT allowed.
