Massive rulebreaking- doda pl + Snoopi

On Oasis, like 5 mins ago, in allied team , there were 2 rulebreakers, their nicks are: doda pl; Snoopi. The last one was speaking polish too.
1.Snoopi at start of map if i remember good, was attacking our flag with flamer. Later he switched weapon on panza and was using it to get easy kills (on flag ofc.) But thats quite hard to screen the panza, u should know ^^ So i got only 2 screens of his shoting.
1. Panza in front of me
2. Panza hit in floor
3.Snoopi speaking polish
second guy- doda pl was fieldops and his job was putting airstrikes so close to spawn, as its possible. Example?

They dont react when i was telling them to stop sk..hm thats all i think..
I hope they will get punished soon.
