hmm,
in my opinion, epa is a respected player, never expected him to have cheated, but that doesnt matter in my opinion. if someone cheats, he gets a lifetime ban. on all the ps servers (i presume). if someone is willing to risk that, he can. but it is a foolish thing.
hoewever it is really hard to punish insulters, pushers, teambleeders and others. IF you can punish them, do it (and hard...)
