how to balance team ?

hi,

just a topic to expose my opinion, balanced team are not team with even player, but team with the same xp rating speed.

i explain : when team counter is 567 vs 450, next 2 minutes 700 vs 500 team
are uneven, even if there is 6 guys in first team and 7 guy in the other.

i expose this to PS Scuba and i was kicked ... admin are not here (i suppose ... and don't say i don't respect admin) to kick someone on say that but hear his reclamation and answer to this request (yes or no)

so i said to PS scuba he must learn math basis to scool ...

i play on et 2 years, and i take one year of holiday of et ... i respect admin, but this kick was not justified.

i respect PS scuba as admin, but it was so rude, please hear (all of you)

Ye i didnt liked that line no,plz dont tell me what to do or what not to do, im just following the rules and im old enoug to make my decisions imo, you also said smth like 'its stuipid' (or smth, dont know exactly)

About the even teams stuff,

i dont think teams should be evened by xp but just to correct the amount of ppl

2 Years ? ET u just step by i play from begin since the game was out.
and this aint nothing do with the xp rating.
also the team tactics how they play and so on. 1 strong team vs noob team issnt fun i know but hey its just a game not real life

And yea becarefull what u say as coments on server to a ps admin they can be nice but they also can be nasty

Doesn't matter since when you or anyone started, we should take every complain or advice from our players.

Seconldy if you started from the beginnin there wasn't really a case of xp save at all, if not only per map then it was per campaign nothing more or less.

You should do an specc by xp because this is only way to shuffle teams, atm maybe they should look to players acc/ kills-death ratio. but this isn't possible ( to this day ) . And if you spec by xp you will see that ppl with high xp get seperated yes xp doesnt mean the person is good but it does mean that the player games alot and therefor has an advantage on new players , and probally a better aim. I know alot of times there just as bad or just as good as ppl that just discovered our servers.

You don't show respect if you provocke them by telling them or what to do , or telling they are stupid in a ''sneaky'' way so you can come clean with it;)

i don't provoque ... sorry but you was not here, and i not said go "back to school" in caps, i just was talking ...

we were loosing, and scuba balance team, and we were more in difficult way,
xp balance option was idiot in this case ...

and i was kick ...
sorry but i can talk ... this sentence is not so uggly ...

sorry evil must "le leche cuttage" is not a good way of life ... ask for the traduction if you want

and scuba i don't say what you have to do or not, i've just talked during game .... be cool man don't kick when you don't know someone and don't use your position to balance team for your friend .... you can also talk in private during game ...

Dude, i didnt balance the teams for my friends, i just did it bcuz theyr oneven. i balance the teams like 20 times a day (with or without cmds) and im just putting players in the right team if theyr uneven thats all,

The rule is keep the teams even
This doesnt mean by xp this means by the ammount of xp these means by how many players on each team
Also xp on an xpsave server means nothing >.<
Its just a way to show off. Like i have 100000 xp but that does mean im better then say sammos.

I see why you were kicked. Firstly you kiond of did insult him. Also it was in caps...
Also if the teams wernt even then the server also would have started moaning at you.
I think scuba did the right thing...

Also !shuffle is a bad thing to do.
It disrupts the whole game..
Over half the players in game get switched over teams for no reason.
Also it is a game and 1 team is meant to win.

We will only do shuffle at the end / begining of maps and also not all admins can do shuffle.

ok ...

just a precision, for the caps ... my keaboard often go to qwerty and caps during games (may be cause my key setting make my finger goes to caps lock), it was not in caps for shouting ....
