Complain [MGS] The Pain

Player called [MGS] The Pain is breaking rules, when there are no admins hes farming, selfkilling in battle, tb'ing teammates and later giving them health to get xp. He's sometimes speaking polish on mainchat too. Few players are telling him to stop it but hes still doing it. Can someone do something with it? :/
