Unban request ps3

Hi, I just got banned for Name Hacking in ps3, I have no idea what it is or what I've done. Please unban me and tell me what happend so that it wont happen again.

I banned You, and unbanned in next 1 min, 'cause it was bot lag and I just come and ban slot ;)
