Flash Error

Had no idea where to post this, but as it's a program related to Arts & Crafts, I posted it here..

I've installed the "Adobe CS4 Master Collection" a while ago and EVERY program works, except that shitty Flash CS 4 Professional.
When I try to run it, a window shows up: "Didn't found FlashResources.dll . Please reinstall Flash."
After reinstalling 64855648 times, downloading that .dll file 64858484 times, and after rebooting each time after I installed/dled; it still doesn't work.. ><

Does anyone had the same problem and found a solution?
Does anyone KNOW anything to solve this poop?

Apparently this is one heck of an old error ... but I can't seem to find any other solution than what you have already tried.
