that tower map

that map by old owl with the big tower in the middle, can a map editor or anything i dont know how that all works, some how remove this grass??!?!

no one is enjoying it and there is well too much of it, we all dont mind a little foilage here and there but every square inch is a big fat blackberry bush, it causes everyone to run around with 36 fps and cant shoot anything and in my case headbutt my screen because im raging that much.

map would be ok if there wasnt so much grass causing you to lose 40 fps, im sure everyone would agree that there is just well to many bushes on that map, still leave a few in certain places for snipers and hiding spots and whats not, but it doesnt have to be everywhere, i dont know how map making works but that map would be so much better without everyone running around with 30 - 40 fps imo i think it is the grass everywhere you step that is causing this

coolest idea would be to ask owl himself ... that its made by him you know already.

To be honest im not annoyed by the grass, also my FPS doesn't drop as soon as i enter the open area. To be honest i think it's a great map!

I also remember that there is some kind of command to decrease the amount of map decorations right? Does anyone know of it and knows the command?

think cg_atmosphericeffects 0 helps in some cases (gras in radar) but depends on how gras is designed in map :)

Plz.. plz.. remove it..
1).. Bored
2) Laggy
3) 30-40 Fps
4) If axis has just a little bit better team, then its almost unpossible for allies to win this map.
5) You can't see anything with that grass.

5 Reasons to remove this map.. -.-'

actually, cg_atmosphericeffects turns off well.. atmospheric effects like snow, rain etc.

r_drawfoliage is the command that handles grass :)
