But if you want some to think about it Darky make some polls and we gonna see how many people wants to be for turning off or still On that medics can take HW...and other.

I dont offend ya just gives you a hint to make the poll and it will gonna make clean situation.

Ah neji from you i would never think that you want to offend me,but didnt i make it clear why i didnt make poll abaout it in post before yours!
And told you there too, is nothing better for me then to discuss abaout things!
And tell you the truth i think by looking posts here we dont need poll at all!
But thats the point neji,in discusion one man(or lady),can have better argument then all the people toghter,and has option to convinced them that they are wrong in poll you just press yes,and say :" NEXT!" Do you see what i am trying to say?

I hope we dont start now a discussion about anything else then medic+other weapons. Point of this topic is not to "slow the medics down". The default medic with auto-reheal, picking-up own healthpacks and a SMG is strong enough, and with other weapons its a huge unfairness. And the medics "orign" is a SMG, and not a scope rifle.


That: I think ... are overpowered is just a extrem example.

I understand your point, but now it's like only allied sniper are med sniper at for example minas tirith.. but axis are sniper meds to sometimes..

Also the first gate is mostly blown fast. so I dont think that sniper medic does screw map or smth.

Not really you just don't understand me dude. I mean that a medic can heal themself but an engi can use mines and cover take suit. Imo they all have advantages and inconveniants but doing this for lower medic strenght is just pointless and i think that will make the game a bit boring for medics.

i already said above...

medics that use sniper- or nade- rifle, bazooka whatever in my opinion just suck..
well, ok .. sometimes if u go out of ammo and u need another weapon and take the next one lying around and its a rifle.. is OK... but not this planned "beeing medic, taking sniper... going somewhere to camp" .. this is lame

and if there would be the possibility to switch "taking other classes weapons" off only for medic, i would do it immediately.. but atm not possible..

so atm my possibilities were:

a) switch !taking other class weapons! off for all classes
b) switch !SMG for medic! off, that means medics got only , luger, colt, akimbo (nade, knife, poison)
c) keep it as it is and wait for solution^^


i decide for c
and sorry for all those who wait for poll.. i wont accept a poll.. u can run it.. but in this case i dont care


a) is shitty for covertops .. and also for soldats... imo a soldat has the right to use every weapon since he is called soldat^^

b) cool, interesting.. and mabye kind of realistic, that the medics are not those who decide the battle by fraggin, but by doing their job ..
i admit.. it would be an option for me since i saw very often freaking sucky medics caring a shit for wounded teammates while only fragging and using healing power only for themselves.. .. realy interesting setting but i fear ps5 would lose too much players

c) yep. thats it ... and like i said above, i dont want more unwritten rules.. just makes confusioned people..


well.. maybe if medics on ps5 become more sucky in future, we try serious option b) ,... perhaps this is motivation for all meds who read this that they learn more caring for their job instead of camping and fragging^^

Ok,well from 3 offers you gave Sebb i will take 3 th one too,but damn offer behined doors number 2 looks good :) :) :)

funny, i thought about posting the possibility b here ( i read alot in the NQ wiki to find an answer) but i thought, too much medic lovers, chanceless to suggest that :D

If i have to decide a,b,c i take c too. a cause more problems then it solve and b wont find much friends.

I still care about my beloved PS 5 (hopes for higher lvl) :P

ok discussion start with another thing but what i can read at least is that it seems ps5 has a real prob with this rambo i just care about myself medics.
why dont disable then that medics can heal themself???

funny to see that ppl tend to overlook this situation on field ops and other classes other than medics. ppl never seen spammy-fieldops? :D, field op with r-nade is imo more powerful than rambo med with whatever.. i see like hatred against meds here :D. and dont forget, this game isnt 100% rpg fps.

Not against all medics, but against medics using sniper rifles as in topic title.
And with sniper rifle you can kill enemy with one shot, with granades-launhcer no.

Oh diamond,comn on man,open a topic abaout field ops and then discus abaout that where ever you like,i dont see you at all on ps5 so why you care what setting is going to be there,and you are off topic,we are talking abaout medics not fields!

i know its spammy (like the post above), but im still gonna say this to u.

dear darkman pls open ur eyes and read and think, and then think again lol.

1. its not offtopic. ur way of solving problems is wrong, u have to look things from every side possible. its common that ppl dont like (rambo) medics, so they're in a bad light always. but in this situation its not only medics who can pick up weapons, field ops can do it as well (closest to medics). so im saying why r u overlooking other classes? they're powerfull. is the topic about fairness or medics?

2. who says its over? problem is not solved. if u look carefully then u see that ziel posted a suggestion. which is better than what sebbel chose.

3. non of my posts have anything to do with ps5 particularly. i didnt agree, i didnt deny any suggestions..

1.Too make it short....
Medic can heal himself; fiel ops (and all other classes) not. That means... with good cover, let say a fine wall, hes life is unlimited. He cant die becouse of headshot coz hes got more HP than those other classes. End of the story.

2. Yes problem isnt solved, becouse, as we can read here, many ppl dont like sniper medics, and would like to see changes. Problem is "freezed" for now, coz to set sniper rifle catchable for all classes exept medic is impossible.

Persoanlly i dont care so much about selfhealing, but im also afraid that many players will leave then.

3. Also don't know why you replying here, but public forum, ok.

field ops can supply himself, medics (and all other classes) not. that means... he can camp as long as he has ammo, hes ammo supply is unlimited. he wont have to run for ammo coz he can get it from himself. end of the 2nd story.

You cant compare a resupplying fops with a rehealing medic. the reality confirm that. There are no fops that hide somewhere and just cover, fire, and resupply. Noone use this "tactic" because its uneffective. in first minute of this the fops will take damage, and then he ist forced to hide, cant shoot, if he tries again a (usually) medic that rehealed himself compelte) kills him with easy shots.

You still don't understand that simple point. You are not dead when your ammo is zero (theres a knife, or you can find field ops, find weapon lying on the ground, or do milion other things), you are dead when your health is zero. Incredible that i must explaining this tbh :roll:
And we are talking here about situation sniper vs medic sniper. Field ops with sniper rifle is same "destructable" as simple covy. 1,2 max 3 shots and his dead.
I had many situations when i wasted 20 bullets on single sniper med who finally lost all his ammo and run away after all this shooting.

You say diamond i have problems with solving problems and i do it on the wrong way:
1.What,asking guys who will affect this change is wrong?(not you)
2.You say you only want to help,up is you first post is that help or acusacion we hate rambo medics???
3.your solution is ziel s proposition,you dont have to write this we see it,and that i call help,not your post
4.Ammz--you see why i wrote only ps5 regular???well now you do,i even told one person 3 days ago diamond will shurly replay this post! :)

And now since you called Ziel s propostion i dont like that:

for 90 % on ps5 the fop is dead before he needs to supply himself


@ziel .. maybe would help. but i dont want..
egoistic meds are general a prob on public servers .. in some more (like sometimes here ) in some less (ps2 f.e.)

Sebb i did wait in dark place,waiting for new N.Q. :) wanted to remind you and all who can help with this subject is it now posiblle to disable picking weapons for med class or some other solution?I mean when you will have time pls check it.thx
