TC base dont work

hi,
some job 4 ninja ....
13th map (TC base) dont load, it's on rotation jump from 12th to 14th (capuzzo)

Should be fixed, the map went missing from the rotation folder 
My guess is on Bow, he's notorious for taking maps home to his place and get them drunk, the bastard
