spawnkilling and spawncamping

his name is validus conquery or something like that. his arty was too close ..sometimes in spawn, airstrikes ofc was there to.

oh one thing .. i remember that he was calling me cheater all the time =O it was very annoying =\ i haven't got any replays of that but many players saw that and i remember ROLF was there =] he should remember that

Will watch the videos later, but I know Conquery, and he's not a retard that will SK around. If you say it's arty, it could have been misplaced. Will add something when I see the vid's.

I was there and he stoped arty near allies spawns after Oxy told him about, looking to what i saw from Oxy replys seems it was n t SK but only some arty pretty close to the spawn, will watch the demo but yes Conquery is an old regular here and i don t think he would put himself on troubles on purpose :wink:

Validus '' Conquery was effectively behind the spawn but he didn't spawn kill.

Yes I was there too, all I can say is that he was putting his arty dangerously too muche close to spawn, but never spawnkilled. Just 1 or 2 words and he stopped.

*spawncamping applies only to axis or allies camping in their own spawns, and is not spawnpassing too because he was on a upper level from it.

Just one tip from my side even if it's not a big deal: There's no need to open topics and post demos if you see that the situation has already been handled from members/admins on the server :wink:

Got told that spawncamping is also the oppo team that camps near the spawn. (axis near allied spawn f.e) And spawnpass is allowed, right?

join PS 1 and do /demo demoname, should work to replay it that way.

It could be, from a grammatical point of view it's the same, but I prefer keeping those 2 things separate to avoid misunderstandings.

About spawnpassing, we've had several discussions about it, our rulebook still clearly says:

Killing the enemy in his own Spawn (the players' starting locations) is NOT allowed and is considered Spawnkilling (SK), this includes; walking into enemy spawn, shooting into enemy spawn from a distance.

But, we won't really punish a player for spawnpassing as long as he doesn't provokes a mess in spawn.

in every case watch out, use a bit of common sense, and always consider the spawn as an high risk zone from where it's wise to stay far from.

I was in the server at that time too, he did put an airstrike within spawn. Killing a few of his enemy players. He also also killed me by jumping on my head while i was in spawn,

i cant belive this, it was sorted on the server no need for this Jolly.

I don't believe Conquery did an intentional SK.. Once I spectated him (couldn't believe his godly skill, respect) and in some map he accidentaly met an afk guy in the spawn, shot him once, but when he realized it was a spawn, he healed him back to full with the medi packs

You are free to have your own opinion about X or Y in da server, now we both know that talk is cheap and all allegations without proofs are just useless and not valable. It will just make a big mess and crap fights , you fully know it so no more cheap allegations in mainchat or even via PM. Now 2 solutions 1. keep your doubts for yourself and live with it or 2. make demos and come on forum with some real arguments and don t worry for the rest :wink:
