[PS3] ETAdmin_Mod Features & Bugs

Here can you write in all features that you like to have in ps3 etadminmod and also bugs that you noticed and taht needs to be fixed

I think on PS#3 should be one command form some low lvl (I suppose 2nd or 3rd):
(command warn) for warn SK, TK, TB, TJ etc. people because on PS#3 it's a lot of that kind players. Also after 3 warn I think it should be able to do a vote (command) for kick/ban or something like that.
I think my idea is good

as you might know we have system where lvl 8 (member) has this command warn and in ETA after 4(?) warns player will be kicked. from lvl 8 players we require mature acting and knowledge from admining(ofc we teach them that knowledeg, noone is perfect since birth 
) so that status isnt easy to get. BUT... we really can trust these people and that they wont abuse their commands or do anything else stupid with their status.
so to get that command we need to trust you and i think lvl 2 or 3 players isnt enough for that, if he would be, he wouldnt be lvl 2 or 3 only...
so my opinion is NO and i think stephan as owner and other highadmins are quite much in same lines with me...
i have to admit that SK, TK, TB, TJ can be a bit problems sometimes, but hey for TK we have :tkindex which will kick player after too muck teamkills. for others you can always try to get an admin online from here forums, xfire or some other server etc. if thats impossible you can always record a demo and post if here on forums

just smoked and got a stupid idea,
first one was about weather forecasting cmd.. like :weather tallinn :weather newyork :weather stockholm.... but thats TOO STUPID, just forget it now.
But another idea was... :funny
i mean, if somebody type :funny , ETA drops a random stupid quote/prhase/sentence,
few minutes ago i google'd "very funny sentence" and there are in row some sites to get tens of them.
if this
cmd will be realized make a time-limit for it,
atleast 30 sec? maybe more?

Under linux it is known as fortune. It can be simply copied into ETA
