question for sk

I was playing today. and a player of the axis (Dutchman) was lean on that wall where is the red circle.
this is considered sk?



I'd like to know because once I've been warned.

I don't think it's SK, because:

1) Allies have 2 spawn exits, so they can easily go through the other one.
2) They don't spawn over there, but few turns back.

(This is sort of the same as the last spawn of Axis, where the mortar is shooting just out of spawn.)

It is not SK at all. You cannot spawn on that red circle.

It depends of situation. The Rulebook says:

"Deliberately hanging around (also known as Camping) Enemy spawn and/or your own spawn is NOT allowed and is considered Spawncamping (SC)."

So it depends, if you were camping there or it was a single shot.

You can "camp" there (see the picture above) as long as you want, because you've got two exits (Goldrush) AND the attacking team can choose a second spawn point.

The impact area is important, not your location. The splash damage isn't hiting the spawn area, means ... we're not talking about spawn killing, because no one is wounded / dead. This situation is clear.

Second example:

You're an engineer with a riflenade. You're starting at the first spawn (attacking team). You're shooting into the sky (some experience is needed OFC !!!) and you're hiting the same place (impact area) like in the example above. Both case have got the same consequences. You can strike the leaving enemys.

What i want to say is again, it's not important where you are.

"Hanging around enemy spawn" ... this rule doesn't make any sence. It's not helpful and not clear, it makes things totally complicated.

I'm not and i wasn't a type of a man who's hiding behind some rules like others. It's our rulebook, yes ... but it should make some sence. And we can talk hours of hours about that. The question is ... what is more important ... our rulebook or the simple logic of this case.
AND ... if you think about it, i can show you many examples like this where we've never done anything in the past, because it wasn't needed.

So solution is one improve the rulebook:> All HA should take our rolebook and read it carefuly and thae are should improve the bad points of rulebook:>

mhh maybe no sk i also think.

allies have 2 spawns, and this spawn has 2 exits.

If there is only one exit it is sk someone told me in past.

urgh i need to react to this? hate forums :D

im always taught that its not sk as its 1 spawn exit and you got the possibility of using the other exit. I wonder how people can make such big posts about it xD

oh and im not in the actual spawn.... you spawn in the room with the light and desk... if i were there its sk... not in the exit..

then you can almost ban all maps for shooting some1 outside an exit.

isnt sk cuz spawn is far away and i think you can camp there 2 dont see a reason:
1)splash on panza/bazooka dont hits spawn
2)youre not camping on enemys spawn but in one o there 2 ways out of that spawn
