Can u guys help me with something?

Problem :

From today, my internet go slow.
If i scroll down, it goes very long time down.
But yesterday internet was very fast etc.
And i cant even play any games.
Like et, the console what comes before game,
it loads very long.
and i cant play et because theres only some Gray screen.

Can u help me?
What must i do?
