have someone a good tip for a pogramm or tool where i can chek my ports for i net wich a close and wich are open?

check it in windows firewall

If you are using a router, you probably wont have any (static) open ports, except for these you have forwarded to your pc.

Maybe you should have a look at nmapnt.
