Core 2 Duo is an awsome processor, but unfortunatly it's also expensive (:()...but still, when you buy a c2d you can upgrade your rig with a c2q when the price will be in your range (most of the motherboards support c2q - i'd recommend buying asus P5 series of motherboards - great for overclocking, stable etc - and not so expensive (oh well...))
And also...c2d is great for overclocking (low temperatures and so on) - some claim they got their E6400 (2,13GHz) to 3,5GHz with a "stock cooler" (don't know what is stock for them)...so it's a great buy, i don't think AMD can compete with their X2 series when it comes to performance (but their cheap, that's a plus)

Hum the first one that multiple-selection of files in explorer just stopped working (found a vbs fix for that after a couple of days), sometimes when i open a folder with a movie com surrogate thingy crashes (ever since i disabled DEP for that it only crashed 2 or 3 times), problems with older apps (like ftprush, RTCW (game crashed when i get to the 4rd level :\ ) etc), got a few crashes of explorer (my fault i guess...i was doing a spyware search, cleaning the D: partition, watching a DVD and the automatic disk defregmentation went off (have it set up to start @ 6AM) and explorer crashed)
There were also some minor bugs with WMP11 but not critical (like for example if my roomate leaves wmp running and i switch users and try to watch a movie the thing starts playing it in his acc and not mein so i have to kill the process and after that it works nicely)
I have an original version (we get it for free at our faculty), 32bit buisiness edition :)

P.S. i only got a BSOD once, and that was powerDVD's fault (old old version, after the upgrade no more problems ^^ )
P.P.S. i don't use the sidebar so i can't say if it's buggy or not :P

When I change processor to Intel CORE 2 DUO E6750 4MB 1333FSB, graphic card to SAPPHIRE X1950Pro 512MB DDR3/256bit and add 1 GB DDR Goodram 400MHz it will be better? Will I see difference? Will my mainboard endure that power? I have Power Supply 300 Watt ATX Modecom.

Uhhh 300W PSU is (by my opinion) not strong enough...you may get lucky and it'll work, but a good chance is that the computer won't even turn on
I'd recommend a PSU that is at least 10% stronger then it's declared on the graphics card (or even better, go and buy a PSU that is "next in line" (like if the graphics card needs a 350W PSU, go and buy a 400W one, becouse almost all PSU's "lie" about the real output and a 400W really delivers only around 380W of raw power)) - better safe then sorry, and spare power allways comes in handy and is not harmfull to your components (lack of power however is ^^ )
I'd also recommend buying a stable and quality PSU (like tagan or the new generation of LC power)
