if u mean ps member u have to be 8 lvl.And u get levels by admins.

And if u mean Some clan just ask someone from this clan

1st: open you browswer and write www.google.com

2nd: write in google search bar - Enemy Territory Clan

3th: choose one site from what google find and contact the leaders of that clan.
