No admin = unbalanced teams!!! No player responsibility

I thougt I have to bring this point to discussion.
When I joined PS 5 yesterday I found most unbalanced teams I have ever seen. I speced the scenario for a while and saw how it was said to even the teams more then a dozen times.
Some axis player even wrote that teams were fair and laughed. Well in an community such thing shouldn´t happen. After I made the screenshot i joined allies but the fact that no one evens the team on his own/switches teams pisses me off badly!!! Its not a situation where 12 vs 14 play at the last 2-3 mins of the game. they played 9 vs 4 and feeling like great players! And no one could shuffle, !warn or do sth to help the game.

When you said it i saw it and so i didnt play.
I was just standing around and i told you that
but first i didnt switch to allies. right.
After a few minutes i did.
its not good that i stand in that pillory ok!!

nice sufr, but it is not only on ps5.
No admin no even teams.
i see it on all ps server. player are switch only when they see that a admin in near.
It is all time a problem.
But you have right.

you didn´t play? why dont you go spec then or switch teams immediately?

i dont like playin allies so i wait.
but i switched to allies when noone did.
so tell the people who were laughing

btw for all maters let me say something.
Enemy Territory is just a game not YOUR REAL LIFE
I know its fustrated that ppl who see teams unfair texted or see by their own the teams issnt fair and not even try to fix it. (thats called lame ofc.)
However the admin's are on server and ppl will switch cause admin is on.
well thats even more lamer then anything els,
the thing is just like that.
they do switch team before admin does !shuffle. & restart / Putteam.
If u have so many kills already and ur in a good move none want to switch.
however i just want to say dont complain admin's of ps also as i told before we all have beter things to do then only playing et at the hole day's trust me.
and if the teams are more unbalanced why u wont pm a admin at the site who is online atm to come over, or connect to other server and ask if some can come to PS#... to balance teams cause its way not fair.
ppl have msn xfire u should press search (here at the forum) there is a open topic about msn & Xfire's adresses.
u can ask admin over there also.
And just listen carefull we all are lame as hell make no difrent but,
some of us take action and fix or do stuff some doesnt. (thats the way of life) but we cant kick or warn then cause they wont fix it its their choice who they make by theirselfs.

well today were teams really f***ed up -.- . Baserace teams were : 12 vs 6 , axis players 12 , and allied 6, if u dont believe i can get you a Screenie 
. We said axis to balance it , " no big deal, map will end in a min " ( there were like 15 minutes left or something like that ) but when i gone allied , then people started to join in a time so we got it balanced, almost ,
Landser was afk also :S and no admins,

Isn´t it possible that ET kicks player from team so that teams are never unbalanced by about 2 or 3?

Of course you can, but there will be at leat one guy who know's what fair play is and he will try to keep things clean. Or will make a sreen of your bad behavior.
True true Evil just a game. But we can be nice, can't we? If that's only a game why you ppl so afraid to lose sometimes? IWhen your spree ends swap if teams are still uneven!
Yes try to find an admin. And ask server regulars (perhaps some candidates) to even teams. They should listen or they didn't disserve their lvl.
Ask spectators to fill the "smaller" team.
Nice that you keep attention and try to solve things like this Scit.

Lol! after you made that screenshot I just joined axis to help them. 
I am a teamswapper when I see that allies got all the good players, I just joined axis (without less succes we were losing anyway, because allies had an commanding lead) ^_^
