Looking for an old game.

Hi everyone im here to ask for your help. There were a spaceshooter game lik 10 years ago or maybe it was released way earlier i just played it that time in high school years lol.

Here is some specifications about the game:
-It was like some galatctica game.
-The enemy dropped coins (different colors)
-There were a big magnet enemy which dropped multiple coins when you hit it.
-There were a so called warp between stages.
-I also so recall some big bosses.

Please help!!!

Hell yes! I had the level 1 theme for a ringtone for the longest of time!

By the way, I've been searching for an old game myself. It was a variant of pacman, but the big pellets made him mechanized and the paths tended to curve instead of being straight lines, at least in some parts. Does anyone know/remember it?
