NO, its a mod must be, look at the way he lands he sticks to walls like a magnet, its no cheat. there no cheat code let you do that.

FIrst theres a cheat to turn off radar, and a cheat to enable bike jumps. The landing and stopping is called braking

it stops just like that with the cheat.

lol this is a cheat, its on GTA:SA PC i have it u just enter gravity cheat and there is also drive up walls
