PARKOUR // free running

hey rollin u wanted to know what parkour is well check this vid out ;)

Parkour: get a fast as you can from point a to point b with obstacles

Free running: get from point a to point b with tricks and obstacles and stuff like that XD

or something like that i dont really know :P

its really nice /dangerous sport :twisted:
i wanted to do myself but i cant cause i broke my ankle .. :(

erm well parkour and free running is the same thing but people have classed it has diffrent when they are based on the same movements, parkour originated in france by two people called david belle and some black guy called sabestien. its a wide spreading sport and many people do it (i use to at 1 point but i got naturally ability to get away from the cops :P) to find out all or most of the historya nd origin of this disipline follow this link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parkour

lol this saturday i was at 'the swing' its a pub in 'valkenswaard' and i looked out of the window i saw some kid perfom a wall jump i tought like wtf 8O uhm by walljump i mean running to the wall and do backflip or something on it XD i wanna learn that to someday 8)

I have do couple years ago a little parkour ;D

Like that i have jump on second floor to "snowheap" I have couple pictures of it and i can send it to there if you want ;D
