Problems with weapons

Sometimes when i am on server, there's not venom, flamethrower locked, panzerfaust locked. Sometimes, flamethrower unlocked and venom avalible from weapons menu, panzerfaust locked (np). Why ? Who changing it from option to option? Now i'm bored playing on PS#2 cuz there not flamer, i usually use normal weapons like mp40, i used flamer only one time, and now i must play 4fun, no for xp. Funny enemy's deaths etc. But what is fun for me when i cannot select a flamer?

if weapons are locked on certains maps and not on others, it's surely because server use maps scripts.

a good weapon to make fun kills : engy's rifle !
