i have to add some "lvls" for the forum ... its like the admin lvl system but on forum only exist noob lvl (0) and siteadminlvl (666)

1 star is like 1 lvl

and my amount of stars = side admin

i have to add some lvls so u can get 2 stars and 3 stars

but wait some days
