Cheater banned PS3 -Read! Vfunny!

Ok so landser gave me a ban level as i play vmuch on ps3 and i always have to search for higher adimins when i find a cheater.
Anyways, i was on PS3 tonight with all the bots, then someone connected called "superfragger" he then changed is name to "[BOT]Harry" lol! So i look in the plaayer list and saw he had a ping, i know for a fact, bots do not have pings. Heres a screeny:
