Free webhost?

Does anyone know a decent free webhost with perl 5/cgi and the NET::FTP module installed? The location doesn't matter, but it would be nice if it's a big site, or without too many strict rules. But anything is welcome.

I don't want to mirror files, i just need to run a few scripts.. And those need perl + the netftp, and i don't want to run them on my home server cause they can use up some bandwith.

I know it yes, but it sucks.. Most don't have perl, when they say they have. Or are very slow, or not for free.. :/

It supports php, mysql, cgi/perl and pyton

But its only 50 mb space with 5 gb traffic, and the side is in german
