Weak memory...

I greet all. This morning, when I wanted to play i get ban! I don't know what have happened yesterday's day ( or in last week ), but I think ban for 482 days is VERY serious ban. I have weak memory and I don't remember what can i do yesterday . SUPPOSEDLY I offended players but I didn't have bad intentions! If I piqued, offend somebody...
